Services · Audit
A one-week audit of your whole marketing stack, for a fixed $1,500.
Why an audit
Most marketing stacks grow one tool at a time. A new form here, a pixel there, a CRM field someone added for one campaign. A few years in, nobody is sure the numbers are right, small page changes need a developer, and leads fall through gaps nobody owns.
The audit is one week of looking at all of it together, by someone who works on both the marketing and the engineering side. You come out knowing what’s broken, what it costs you, and what to fix first.
What I look at
Site
How fast it is, how findable it is, and how much marketing can do on its own.
- Page speed and Core Web Vitals on your key pages
- SEO basics: titles, metadata, sitemaps, indexing, structured data
- How landing pages get built, and who has to be involved
- CMS setup: what marketing can change without a developer
Tracking
Whether you can trust the numbers you make decisions with.
- Analytics and tag manager setup, and what’s firing twice or not at all
- Conversion events and ad platform pixels
- UTM conventions and how campaigns are attributed
- Consent and privacy settings, and what they’re hiding from your reports
Automation
How a lead travels from the first form to a sale, and where it stalls.
- Forms, routing and what happens right after someone submits
- CRM fields, lifecycle stages and data hygiene
- Email and marketing automation flows
- Billing and integrations, and the work people still do by hand
How the week goes
- 01 · Day 1
Intro call
30 minutes on your goals, what feels broken, and who owns which tools.
- 02 · Day 1
Access
You share read-only or guest access. Nothing in your stack changes during the audit.
- 03 · Days 2–4
Review
I go through the site, tracking and automation, and test the paths your customers take.
- 04 · Day 5
Walkthrough
A 60-minute call to go through the findings, then the written report and roadmap are yours.
What you get
Written report
What I found in each area, with screenshots and why each issue matters.
Prioritized roadmap
Every fix ranked by impact and effort, so you know what to do first.
Quick-fix list
Changes your own team can make in a day or two, written so they can do it without me.
A scope, if you want one
If something needs a bigger project, a written scope and price. No obligation.
Is it a fit?
A good fit if
- You spend real money on ads or the website, and the numbers don’t line up
- Marketing waits on engineering for small page or tracking changes
- You’re planning a redesign or replatform and want a baseline first
- A new marketing lead wants to know what they’ve inherited
Not the right thing for
- A brand, creative or ad copy review
- A security or penetration test
- Ongoing SEO content or link building
Questions
- What access do you need?
- Read-only or guest access to the tools in scope, usually your CMS, analytics, tag manager, ad accounts and CRM. I don’t need admin rights, and nothing gets changed.
- Do you fix things during the audit?
- No, the audit only looks. Quick fixes are written up for your team, and anything bigger can become a follow-on project if you want my help.
- Which tools do you cover?
- The common ones: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta and Google Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo, Shopify, Webflow, WordPress, headless CMSs and Stripe. If your stack is different, ask. I’ve likely worked with it or something close.
- How does the credit work?
- If you start a project with me within 30 days of the walkthrough, the full $1,500 comes off its price.
- What if there isn’t much to fix?
- Then the report says so, and tells you what to keep an eye on. Knowing your stack is in good shape is a useful answer too.
